Vajda-Papír – SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Dunaföldvár | 12-hour shifts | 3+3 continuous schedule

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with production plans in terms of quality, quantity, and efficiency

• Full supervision and organization of shift production activities

• Lead and motivate the production team

• Continuously monitor shift performance

• Increase production efficiency and reduce material loss

• Enforce quality, occupational safety, and fire safety regulations

• Build and strengthen employee engagement

• Support the onboarding and integration of new employees

• Maintain continuous communication with other departments

• Perform production-related administrative tasks

We Are Looking For You If You:

• Have a secondary technical education

• Have relevant experience in production shift supervision

• Possess strong organizational skills and work with precision

• Are capable of independent work and taking responsibility

• Are willing to work 12-hour shifts in a 3+3 continuous schedule

• Have user-level computer skills

• Must have conversational-level English skills
